Responsibilities
Proactively source and identify skilled professionals across a variety of industries. You will be responsible for referring experts to join LLM data training projects, offering them fully remote and flexible work opportunities
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified experts
Act as a long-term talent partner, strengthening and expanding our professional community over time
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally across multiple industries
Experience hiring across Welsh-speaking countries in Finland, as well as within diaspora communities across the world
Native or bilingual Welsh proficiency
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage candidates persuasively
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
