Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and integration of new SaaS applications into CrowdStrike FClient Shield, ensuring complete and effective coverage

Configure and fine-tune FClient Shield rules to improve alert accuracy and reduce false positives

Continuously monitor SaaS security posture and identify misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and other risks

Collaborate with business and technical teams to guide and support remediation efforts

Track and report remediation progress to technical teams and leadership

Develop and maintain runbooks, procedures, and operational policies for SaaS security

Create and manage KPIs to measure SSPM and remediation effectiveness

Assist with triaging potential SaaS-related security incidents

Promote security-by-design and privacy-by-design practices with stakeholders

Required

5+ years of experience in security operations or related fields

2+ years of experience with SSPM platforms (CrowdStrike FClient Shield preferred)

Proven experience driving and tracking remediation efforts

Strong understanding of SaaS security concepts and best practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Demonstrated ability to implement and drive security best practices and complete projects

Preferred

MS/MA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or 3+ years additional experience)

Experience scripting or automating tasks

Background in consulting or Fortune 500 environments

Telecom/cable industry experience

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA

Experience with SaaS application integrations and security controls
