Responsibilities
Support Project Managers on Class A interior construction projects from award through closeout
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain schedule and quality
Assist with buyout, procurement, and cost tracking
Participate in client and design team coordination meetings
Support field operations and problem solving during construction
Contribute to closeout documentation and turnover
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer with a commercial contractor
Strong background in interior construction and tenant improvement projects
Comfortable working in a fast paced, high accountability environment
Detail oriented with strong communication skills
Someone motivated by growth, responsibility, and long term progression
Local to or willing to commute to the Roswell area
