This position plays a key role in supporting the finance team with the preparation of financial statements, account reconciliations, cash operations, and audit support, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial data.

Responsibilities
Assist with monthly and quarterly financial statements along with ad hoc financial analyses as needed
Perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data
Support cash management activities, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, and debt compliance
Process AR and AP to ensure vendors are paid on time
Assist with audit requests by compiling supporting schedules and documentation
Provide general financial analysis support to the accounting and finance team as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
At least 2 years of GL accounting experience
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative team setting
Preferred
CPA or CPA candidate preferred
