Responsibilities
You take a positive, customer-centric approach with everyone you work with
You ensure that tenant billings and payments for assigned properties are processed timely and accurately in accordance with established policies and procedures
You communicate and collaborate effectively with all partners
Generate and distribute an average of 350 invoices monthly
Respond promptly to vendor payment inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Monitor and follow up on aging maintenance receivables due from properties
Qualification
Required
Post-secondary education in accounting or business
Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive accounts receivable or accounting experience
Diligent and excellent organizational skills
Preferred
Experience with Excel, Word and other accounting software (YARDI preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with high volume accounts receivable departments
