Merchant Advisory Services is dedicated to helping start-ups and small businesses grow by reducing costs associated with online and in-person payments. They are seeking a Director of Sales to build and scale a high-performing sales team, develop a sales strategy, and drive revenue growth through client acquisition and relationship management.

Responsibilities
Build & Scale a Sales Empire: Recruit, train, and lead a nationwide team of sales agents, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and revenue targets
36-Month Growth Plan: Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to 5X revenue by expanding into new markets, optimizing conversion funnels, and leveraging AI-driven sales tools
Elite Client Acquisition: Close high-value deals with Entrepreneurs, Professionals, SMBs and Enterprise Level Businesses while coaching your team to replicate your success
Data-Driven Leadership: Monitor KPIs, refine sales processes, and implement performance incentives to keep the team outpacing industry benchmarks
Partnership Development: Forge alliances with Credit Unions, Chambers of Commerce, ISVs, ISOs, and fintech platforms to create referral networks and co-selling opportunities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in client relationship management & new account acquisition
Strong knowledge of finance, advertising, and technology
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment
Comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as Basic Math
4+ years in Fintech/Payments/SaaS/Mobile/Ad Sales
2+ years leading teams (experience scaling remote teams is a plus)
Proven ability to grow revenue—you've built pipelines that generated $12M+ annually
The Recruiter's mindset—you know how to spot and develop top talent
A Relentless Drive—you thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the fintech, payments, mobile, or advertising industry is a plus
B2B sales: 2 years (Preferred)
