Digital Transformation Lead
NextStep is a digital, AI-first career platform dedicated to helping top-performing consultants navigate career transitions. The Digital Transformation Lead will drive enterprise-wide digital initiatives, lead technology-enabled business transformation, and ensure the successful adoption of digital solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities
Translate digital strategy into actionable transformation roadmaps and implementation plans
Own end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs, from ideation through execution and change management
Partner with technology, operations, and business teams to identify digitization opportunities that drive value
Design target operating models and processes that leverage emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud, data platforms)
Lead stakeholder engagement across C-suite and functional leaders to secure buy-in and drive adoption
Build governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting that track transformation progress and business impact
Navigate organizational change, addressing resistance, building capability, and embedding new ways of working
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years in consulting (MBB, Big 4, or boutique firms) with a focus on digital transformation, technology strategy, or enterprise change
A track record of leading large-scale digital initiatives, whether in process digitization, platform implementation, AI/automation, or business model transformation
Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes and how digital tools drive operational improvement
Experience designing change management strategies that drive user adoption and sustain transformation outcomes
Excellence in stakeholder management (i.e., you influence senior leaders, align cross-functional teams, and navigate organizational politics)
