New Grad, Entry LevelClarion Computer is seeking an Information Technology Support Technician to provide technical support to end-users. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing repairs, and maintaining IT equipment.

Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for IT systems
Hands-on skills in maintaining and supporting Desktop Computers and Printer Support
Competence in Computer Repair and diagnosing hardware issues
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and end-users
Preferred
Experience in an on-site IT support role preferred
An associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience
