Insurance Premium Payment Associate
First Tek, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Premium Payment Associate to support their operations. The role involves answering inquiries regarding rates and payments, processing member payments, and providing excellent customer service while handling phone calls and documentation.

Responsibilities
Must answer telephone or mailing inquiries regarding rates, payments, and some billing inquiries
Process members payments to their account and document accordingly in the computer system
Route calls to appropriate departments
Provide excellent customer service skills and professional telephone conduct with members, brokers, and other internal representatives
Must be able to multi-task-talk, type, and toggle between dual monitor screens at the same time
May contact members to obtain or relay account information
99% of payment associates' time will be spent answering phone calls
Will also perform other duties as assigned by Team Coordinator when needed
Qualification
Required
High School Grad or Equivalent (GED) (Required)
A minimum of one year of customer service phone experience; preferred in a call center or contact center environment
Computer proficiency is a must
Ability to communicate verbally with callers in a clear, concise & professional manner
Ability to work from home with internet access and a quiet workspace
Preferred
Receipt of payment and billing reconciliation, customer phone calls regarding payment for insurance premiums
Experience with New Software: QNXT and WiPro (SLP) is being implemented
