Responsibilities
Conduct outbound B2B sales outreach via email, phone, SMS, or in-person visits
Educate restaurant partners on the impact and value of faster preparation times
Onboard merchants into the speed improvement program, establish clear goals, and co-develop actionable next steps
Serve as the primary contact for restaurant partners post-onboarding
Monitor merchant performance relative to speed goals and provide tailored coaching and support
Troubleshoot technical and operational challenges, develop solutions, and implement incentive strategies to re-engage underperforming merchants
Capture and share success stories, best practices, blockers, and effective motivators across teams
Document insights and trends, recommending improvements to playbooks and workflows
Experiment with new approaches to merchant onboarding and success, integrating learnings into evolving strategies
Qualification
Required
Hands-on, proactive, and motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment
Tenacious, organized, and adaptable with strong communication and relationship-building skills
Empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Familiar and comfortable with technology tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Sheets
Able to accurately follow multi-step processes and shift gears quickly
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution
Preferred
Background in sales, hospitality, small business, or platform-based merchant support preferred
