Responsibilities
Develop conceptual through GMP-level estimates for complex projects
Perform quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, and pricing analysis
Lead subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and scope alignment
Collaborate closely with preconstruction, operations, and design teams
Support value engineering, cost optimization, and risk analysis
Assist with pursuit strategy, proposals, and client presentations
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of estimating experience with a GC or CM
Experience on projects $25M+ (larger-scale experience preferred)
Strong understanding of CSI divisions and construction methods
Proficiency with estimating and takeoff software
Knowledge of Southern California subcontractor markets
