Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment of IAM KPIs with organizational goals
Define and implement KPI reporting processes for new IAM programs
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly on a W2 basis
Experience in creating strategic performance dashboards and metrics
Strong analytical skills for understanding complex datasets
Demonstrated knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, and ServiceNow
Solid grasp of core IDM concepts including Role Lifecycle Management and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
Ability to identify security issues, remediate user access issues, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with IAM teams, business end-users, and leadership
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience in at least one IGA platform solution (e.g., OIG, SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping, ForgeRock)
Understanding of regulatory requirements and experience supporting internal and external audits by gathering evidence
Proficient in Active Directory (AD) and understanding of RACF, Unix, and Linux
Ability to lead initiatives of varying size and scope to support the organization
Experience supporting large complex organizations
RBAC and AI experience
An industry-leading certification (e.g., CISSP, CRISC)
