Responsibilities

Work effectively in a high-volume litigation environment

Prepare extensively for trials, including file ownership and motion practice

Participate in significant hearings and depositions

Demonstrate strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills

Maintain a detail-oriented and organized approach to case management

Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and colleagues

Participate in courtroom proceedings (preferred but not required)

Work on-site at least three days per week
