Responsibilities
Leading OSD and task sequence work end-to-end
Owning SCCM/MECM administration, deployment, and troubleshooting
Building and maintaining custom application packages (MSIX/App-V/PowerShell-based)
Driving Intune configuration, policies, enrolment, and Autopilot
Supporting co-management across MECM + Intune
Managing patching cycles and update compliance
Cleaning up, improving, and modernizing the endpoint estate
Strong hands-on experience in SCCM/MECM
Proven Intune administration experience
Solid OSD experience (task sequences, imaging, troubleshooting)
Real custom app packaging exposure (not just repackaging wizards)
Co-management experience in a hybrid environment
Confident with patching and update management
Comfortable working with autonomy and fixing things properly
