Learn our Workforce Management software and understand customer pain points
Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to identifying sales opportunities
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to prospective customers
Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in our CRM system
Follow up with prospects and nurture early-stage opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on outreach campaigns
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging with business professionals
Organized, reliable, and able to follow a structured sales process
Willingness to learn and accept coaching
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools – training provided)
Interest in technology, business, or sales careers
