Approximately 20 years or more of comprehensive management/operations/strategy-related experience
At least one experience participating in a company's critical stages from early-stage to scaling up
Able to clearly explain: Why certain structures must be designed in advance
Able to clearly explain: Which problems will be magnified exponentially if left for later
Able to maintain clear judgment in an uncertain environment
Able to think about problems from the same 'company-wide perspective' as the founders
