Providing friendly services to customers & company employees
Keeping data and records up to date including spreadsheet information
Answering multi-line telephone system
Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program
Assist with general office and administrative functions including (but not limited to) filing, faxing
A team member who is responsible, self-starter, family oriented and can operate in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Full-time availability
Approximately 30-40 hours per week
Ability to work mandatory rotating weekends
Providing friendly services to customers & company employees
Keeping data and records up to date including spreadsheet information
Answering multi-line telephone system
Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program
Assist with general office and administrative functions including (but not limited to) filing, faxing
A team member who is responsible, self-starter, family oriented and can operate in a fast-paced environment
