Responsibilities
Enable and guide teams to adopt DevSecOps practices, integrating security into CI/CD and infrastructure pipelines
Administer and automate GitHub Enterprise and JFrog management using Infrastructure-as-Code
Operate and tune SIEM, DLP, and centralized logging systems, defining and maintaining detection and alerting rules
Collaborate with engineering teams to design secure-by-default workflows and infrastructure
Lead and coordinate penetration testing efforts, including scoping, vendor engagement, and remediation tracking
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in security, IT, DevSecOps, or platform engineering roles
DevSecOps practices, integrating security into CI/CD pipelines
Experience implementing and improving software supply chain security, integrating security into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
Strong automation skills (Python, Go) and proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
Deep understanding of identity management, SSO, and federation (Google Workspace, Okta, Auth0, OIDC/SAML)
Familiarity with SOC 2 and security frameworks (NIST, CIS, OWASP)
Managing and automating users/groups on AWS, GitHub, JFrog
Operating and tuning SIEM/DLP platforms and writing detection rules
Excellent communication and documentation skills
