Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR advisor to plant leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and retention
Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and leaders, ensuring consistent and compliant HR practices
Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and manager coaching
Oversee payroll preparation and partner with corporate payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Administer benefits programs and maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records
Lead full cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles; partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies
Support safety initiatives, training coordination, and engagement programs
Provide HR insights and reporting related to turnover, hiring metrics, and workforce trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field
6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
Experience serving as the primary HR resource for a site strongly preferred
Working knowledge of employee relations, payroll, benefits, and employment law
Proficiency with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) and timekeeping platforms
Strong consultative, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution
Preferred
