Responsibilities
Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Marketing
Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking
Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Marketing business solutions
Strategically engage with client personnel
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, or Digital Platforms (i.e., Mobile or Social Media), or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
Advanced experience executing digital content across content management platforms such as SDL Tridion, WordPress, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Deep proficiency in Adobe Target or similar testing/personalization platforms, including multi-variant testing and targeted offer builds
Ability to read and interpret HTML and CSS to support content customization and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and experience conducting accessibility testing
Familiarity with Adobe tools including Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), AEM, Target, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
