Responsibilities

Supporting data integrity and quality assurance projects

Helping prepare training materials, guides, and internal communications for ongoing operations projects or workflow changes

Assisting with documenting how our data and systems are used

Conducting research on best practices in nonprofit data management, CRM optimization, and technology applications

Supporting projects that improve how our team uses its databases and shared systems

Providing occasional help with summer community events

Required

Student who is currently enrolled in a two-year Associate's Degree program, Bachelor's Degree program, or graduate-level program preferred
