Responsibilities
To conduct face-to-face sales presentations sharing the benefits of vacation ownership
To generate sales through sharing the benefits of vacation ownership and using proper closing techniques
To provide prospective owners information on our vacation ownership product options
To provide prospective owners a full and complete walking tour of Tahiti Village as set out in the sales process
To ensure the sales process is adhered to once the initial sales training is complete
To maintain sales results at an acceptable level as determined by management
Qualification
Required
Must have effective oral and written English communication skills
Must be able to maintain a calm friendly demeanor while interacting with guests
Required obtain or have a Nevada TSA or Real Estate License
