Sales Development Specialist
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outreach and lead generation
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and track follow-ups
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads
Support relationship-building and follow-up to drive results
Participate in paid training, coaching sessions, and professional development programs
Qualification
Required
Outgoing, motivated, and results-driven
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Organized, self-starter, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and building relationships
Preferred
Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
