Senior Project Manager - Ports/Industrial Development
Kimley-Horn has an opportunity for a motivated Senior Project Manager to expand our Ports and Industrial practice in Savannah, Georgia. The successful candidate will help grow the team while managing client relationships, providing business planning and strategy, and leading a Ports and Industrial Development practice.

The qualified individual will help grow our Ports and Industrial Development team while building and managing relationships with key clients
Operating with integrity and sound business principles
Providing vision, business planning and strategy
Establishing goals
Building and maintaining positive client relationships
Having open communication with your partners and team
Growing and leading a Ports and Industrial Development practice
Our Project Managers/Practice Builders manage their projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor staff, and act as a positive leader and mentor
The successful candidate will be given a great deal of autonomy to lead, direct, and grow their business

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
10+ years of diversified civil engineering experience
Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
Ability to support complex projects such as port/cargo terminal upland site work and/or industrial development from concept development to preparation of construction documents, permitting and construction administration
Prepare design documents and reports for civil site development (site, layout, grading, storm water, erosion control, utilities, and other infrastructure systems)
Possession of or eligibility to obtain a Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC)
Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D
Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work
Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner
Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably
