Responsibilities
Create and curate engaging content (text, images, video) tailored to different social media platforms
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and fan engagement
Stay up-to-date on social media trends and emerging technologies
Sync content with visual media (essential)
Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages
Analyze social media performance and make data-driven recommendations
Help plan and execute our 42nd-anniversary event ("Deuce" theme)
Oversee product management of physical products, film, and merchandise related to events
Coordinate with vendors, venues
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in social media management and event planning
Deep understanding and passion for hip hop and R&B music and culture
Strong writing and communication skills
Ability to create visually appealing content
Experience syncing content with visual media
Preferred
Experience in product management is a plus
