Removes broken concrete; sets concrete forms; pours concrete into formed areas; participates in concrete finishing; strips forms; back fills open areas; replaces landscaping; performs general clean-up

Loads trucks; dumps debris
Performs maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities

Qualification
Required
Two years of experience as a laborer performing concrete work
Valid Class D driver's license required
Acceptable driving record in accordance with City policy
Basic knowledge of operations, services and activities of a building/street maintenance program
Basic knowledge of construction practices, equipment, tools, materials, and methods of assigned specialty area
Basic knowledge of occupational hazards and related safety precautions
Ability to perform basic reading and writing
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Ability to attain precise standards
Ability to use power and hand tools and equipment
Ability to maintain equipment
Ability to adhere to safe work practices
Skills in using a variety of hand and power tools
