Responsibilities
Lead water and wastewater projects from planning through construction
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, stakeholders, and project teams
Oversee engineering analysis, feasibility studies, and detailed design
Prepare and review reports, plans, and specifications to ensure technical excellence
Navigate permitting and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Support construction through site visits, technical guidance, and issue resolution
Mentor team members and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualification
Required
BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering (ABET-accredited)
Professional Engineer (PE) in Colorado or ability to obtain within 6 months
8+ years of experience managing water and wastewater engineering projects
Proficiency with hydraulic modeling, CAD, and project management tools
Preferred
Strong understanding of water treatment, distribution, and wastewater systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex, concurrent projects
