Create and submit all required customs entry documents
Assign HTS classifications, duty rates, and verify valuation and origin details
Coordinate with clients and partners to collect information needed for clearance
Monitor entries, troubleshoot delays, and respond to customs inquiries
Keep thorough records for audits and maintain current knowledge of regulatory changes
Support internal logistics teams and provide guidance on customs matters
Qualification
Required
2+ years in customs brokerage or related import/export work
Strong understanding of customs rules, international trade, and logistics
Experience with customs software
Excellent accuracy, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working under tight timelines; proficient with Microsoft Office
