Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program
Assist with general office and administrative functions including (but not limited to) filing, faxing
A team member who is responsible, self-starter, family oriented and can operate in a fast-paced environment
Providing friendly services to customers & company employees
Qualification
Required
Full-time availability
Ability to work approximately 30-40 hours per week
Availability for mandatory rotating weekends
Experience with answering multi-line telephone systems
Ability to keep data and records up to date including spreadsheet information
Experience with dispatching service technicians using GPS software
Ability to assist with general office and administrative functions including filing and faxing
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Friendly service orientation towards customers and company employees
