Represent plaintiffs and relators in False Claims Act and qui tam litigation

Lead complex government fraud cases from investigation through settlement or trial

Conduct and oversee internal investigations and pre-filing analyses

Draft and argue complaints, briefs, motions, and substantive pleadings

Manage discovery, including document review, strategy, and witness preparation

Interface with government agencies and enforcement authorities

Participate in mediations, negotiations, and court proceedings

Develop overall litigation strategy and case-management plans
