Responsibilities
Review and analyze large claim adjustment requests and impact reports
Use SQL/Excel to validate data for accuracy
Run mass claim adjustments in Facets
Partner with business stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals to resolve issues
Provide follow up monitoring and reconciliation after adjustments
Track and manage adjustment inventory to ensure work is completed within SLAs
Identify root cause analysis to improve processes and drive efficiencies
Qualification
Required
End-to-end claims processing expertise (within Facets)
Experience using Excel to pull and validate data
Experience using SQL to pull and validate data
Ability to review and analyze large claim adjustment requests and impact reports
Ability to run mass claim adjustments in Facets
Ability to partner with business stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals to resolve issues
Ability to provide follow up monitoring and reconciliation after adjustments
Ability to track and manage adjustment inventory to ensure work is completed within SLAs
Ability to identify root cause analysis to improve processes and drive efficiencies
