Responsibilities

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time

Reconcile financial accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate records

Manage billing operations, including generating and reviewing invoices for accuracy

Perform data entry tasks to ensure all financial information is up to date

Handle invoice processing and ensure compliance with company policies

Utilize accounting software like QuickBooks, Oracle, and SAP for daily tasks

Generate financial reports and assist in preparing documentation for audits

Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and workflows

Maintain organized records and support general administrative accounting duties as needed

Required

Proven experience in accounts reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

Proficiency in billing processes and data entry with a keen eye for detail

Strong knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Excel

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members
