Stay informed on relevant licensing laws, regulations, and industry standards
Identify changes in requirements and communicate updates to internal stakeholders
Liaise with vendors and regulatory bodies to obtain and renew licenses
Ensure timely submission of documentation and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain an up-to-date database of all licenses and certifications
Monitor expiration dates and initiate renewal processes promptly
Assess licensing status to confirm business operations remain compliant
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in licensing processes
Ability to analyze invoices
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Effective use of Microsoft Outlook
Project management abilities
Proficiency in using VLOOKUP functions
