Responsibilities

Perform deep-dive research to identify key decision-makers, for example, who are attending upcoming industry events
Utilize advanced tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadGrabber, and web-scraping utilities) to compile attendee directories
Manage participant lists from official conference websites and mobile applications
Maintain and enrich lead data within our CRM, ensuring all contact information is verified and up-to-date
Execute personalized multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, other approved channels) to book qualified meetings for the executive team and sales
Run ongoing outbound sequences to prospects not tied to events, using tailored messaging by persona and use case
Track responses, follow-ups, and pipeline notes with strong hygiene and clear next steps
For events: secure high-value “coffee/lunch” meetings, send formal invitations, and manage 24-hour confirmations to reduce no-shows
Act as a primary point of contact for prospect inquiries, maintaining a high standard of professional communication
Collaborate with leadership on target account strategy, messaging tests, and weekly prioritization
Research and recommend venues/logistics for executive meetings when applicable
Ensure outreach complies with platform limits (e.g., LinkedIn) and relevant regulations (GDPR/CAN-SPAM)

Required

Previous Outbound BDR Experience in Tech required
3+ years in Business/Sales Development (BDR/SDR) B2B Lead Generation
Skilled in CRM management (HubSpot/Salesforce) and professional automation tools
Exceptional written English skills; ability to communicate with C-level executives with poise and clarity
A disciplined self-starter who can manage high-volume tasks without sacrificing quality or account security
Ability to handle sensitive company and prospect data using secure protocols (1Password/VPN)
Candidate must have significant overlap with US/PST business hours
Must have a high-speed, reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
