Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot Corp and OT network infrastructure across multiple waste-to-energy facilities
Ensure network security, uptime, and performance meet operational standards
Collaborate with corporate IT to align network configurations and policies
Provide hands-on desktop support for plant personnel and administrative staff
Manage hardware lifecycle including setup, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning
Support users with application issues, system access, and connectivity problems
Provide network support for technology systems used in plant operations, including SCADA, PLCs, and other industrial control systems
Coordinate with plant engineers and operators to ensure technology supports operational goals
Act as the subject matter expert for key applications used in waste-to-energy operations
Facilitate communication between plant users and corporate IT/application teams
Assist in testing, training, and rollout of new application features or updates
Work with corporate IT to ensure timely and accurate data flow between plant systems and central databases
Support data integrity and reporting needs for compliance and performance tracking
Assist in the deployment of new software and hardware solutions
Participate in IT and OT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and system integrations
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in network administration, desktop support, or OT environments
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
Familiarity with industrial control systems and plant operations is a strong plus
