Responsibilities
Lead full project lifecycle delivery for large scale business and technology initiatives
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and quality
Own monthly project financial forecasting and budget tracking
Prepare materials for tollgate and phase gate governance reviews
Maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project or comparable tools
Track and report project status, risks, and issues to executive stakeholders
Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance, and reporting expectations
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align requirements and outcomes
Work across healthcare insurance domains including Medicare, claims, billing, enrollment, and provider operations
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution
Drive accountability, follow through, and proactive issue resolution
Qualification
Required
7 or more years of Project Management experience within a PMO environment
7 or more years managing software development projects across the SDLC
5 or more years of experience creating monthly project financial forecasts
Experience preparing for and presenting tollgate or phase gate reviews
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
Experience using PPM tools such as Clarity or comparable platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive stakeholders
Comfortable working in a hybrid onsite environment
Bachelor's degree required
Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
Preferred
Healthcare insurance experience strongly preferred
Medicare or Government Markets experience highly preferred
PMP or Agile certification a plus
