Responsibilities

Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, social selling (LinkedIn), and high-level networking
Own the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to closing, leveraging referral networks to establish trust with key decision-makers
Utilize AI tools and agents (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to automate routine research, lead enrichment, and the creation of personalized outreach at scale
Use AI to accelerate the production of high-quality sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks, ensuring a rapid and professional response to prospects
Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) globally, focusing on VC-backed startups and enterprises needing high-end engineering
Represent Aeturnum at tech seminars, workshops, and industry conferences
Provide strategic input for website updates and manage a routine professional social media presence to establish brand authority
Orchestrate the seamless transition of newly closed deals to our global delivery and engineering teams
Maintain high-level executive touchpoints post-sale to ensure long-term satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion

Qualification

Required

A proven track record in Software Sales or IT Services is non-negotiable. You must understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how to sell engineering services
Deep understanding of the Offshore/Global Delivery model, with the ability to articulate the strategic advantages (talent access, cost-efficiency, and 24/7 productivity)
Expert ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for CTOs, CEOs, and Product Heads
Ability to use AI tools as a 'force multiplier' to increase sales velocity and automate manual tasks
Comfortable working in a lean environment where you take the lead on creating the tools and strategies needed to win business

Preferred

Familiarity with HubSpot CRM for pipeline management, tracking interactions, and organizing sales activity is a significant advantage
An existing network within startup accelerators, VC firms, or enterprise tech circles
