Responsibilities
Oversee the phones and transferring calls
Manage client traffic
Assist with billing, payment processing, A/R
Coordinate shipping/receiving all packages through FedEx, UPS, courier service and regular mail, and distribute to employees
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office and kitchen area including supplies
Manage office supplies including daily restock and maintenance of coffee, drinks and snacks
Participate in the cross-training of all admin functions across departments
Collaborate with others on work on projects/tasks outside of their “usual” assignments
Qualification
Required
Solid 3 years or more of customer service and general office experience
Managing phones, filing of paperwork, scanning, faxing, emailing documents, postal mail, etc
Professional appearance, demeanor and communications (written and verbal)
Moderate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF
Working Knowledge of RightSignature and sending e-documents to clients by email
Ability to work full-time 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday and overtime as needed during seasonal deadlines
Strong comfort level with technology and learning new programs
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
