Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end architecture design for .NET-based applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Drive the adoption of best practices within the development team, including containerization, microservices, and cloud deployments
Hands-on development in .NET Core, including coding, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting
Define and enforce coding standards, guidelines, and architectural principles
Maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, data flow diagrams, and API documentation
Mentor and support development teams on best practices, design patterns, and new technologies
Evaluate and recommend new tools and frameworks to improve development efficiency and product quality
Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and reliability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Software development experience, with at least 3+ years in architecture roles
Extensive hands-on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 5+
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
Solid knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and related tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
