The role involves providing administrative support, meeting call volume standards, and partnering with Outside Sales to generate leads.

Responsibilities
Sell additional services to existing and former customers by phone
Provide administrative support to service centers by answering phones, scheduling services, and managing payment data
Meet daily call volume standards
Introducing and educating customers on services that best benefit their needs
Enrolling customers in services
Partner with Outside Sales by generating leads and appointments through telephone conversations
Document interactions and call activity with each customer in the customer relations management system
Support the administrative team by answering inbound calls for scheduling, billing, or problem resolution
Qualification
Required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent telephone skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
Able to pass internal technical exams
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
