Continuous Improvement Project Manager IV

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of and provide a single point of contact for assigned projects
Lead/manage multiple medium- to large-size projects, leveraging advanced project management tools to deliver results
Accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities
Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
Prepare and complete action plans
Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
Complete audits and identify trends
Determine system improvements and implement changes
Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements
Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures
Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Five years of project management experience in an assigned area, including implementing and supporting a major IT system in a clinical or system analyst capacity and involving complex financial system applications
Experience creating and maintaining a project plan from inception through completion
Effective relationship building skills
Preferred
Master's degree. This may substitute one year of required experience
Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
Experience in Microsoft Office including Publisher
Experience using Visio
