Responsibilities
Lead accounting operations and strengthen internal controls
Drive process improvements across the business
Oversee the month-end close and lead the accounting team
Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, and Treasury to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting
Qualification
Required
8+ years of progressive accounting experience
CPA required; public accounting experience required
Deep understanding of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and internal controls
Proven team leadership and people development experience
Track record of driving process improvement and implementing efficiencies
