Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries for AP, AR, and other related accounts
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements
Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring compliance with GAAP
Support audits and provide documentation as needed
Identify opportunities to streamline AP/AR workflows and enhance efficiency
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in AP/AR and month-end close
Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger processes
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
