Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of credit analysts. Teach and reinforce core competencies related to credit limit assignment and customer experience
Drive continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Serve as the primary credit representative to sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders
Ensure timely and accurate processing of credit applications and adherence to established policies and procedures
Partner with finance and sales leadership to meet application processing timelines and minimize credit losses
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of credit analysts
Ability to drive continuous process improvement
Strong communication skills to serve as the primary credit representative to sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders
Experience in ensuring timely and accurate processing of credit applications
Knowledge of established policies and procedures related to credit management
Ability to partner with finance and sales leadership to meet application processing timelines and minimize credit losses
