Responsibilities
Lead franchise development and expansion across North Texas
Actively sell new franchise units to qualified single- and multi-unit operators
Recruit, onboard, and manage area developers and multi-unit franchisees
Plan territory development, site rollout pace, and unit opening schedules
Ensure franchisee training, operational excellence, and brand compliance
Coordinate franchise law compliance (FDD, FTC, state requirements)
Track franchise sales pipeline, unit openings, and performance metrics
Serve as the local brand ambassador for Barrio Burrito
Act as the liaison between corporate leadership and franchise partners
Qualification
Required
Must be based in North Texas (Allen, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Dallas preferred)
3+ years of experience in restaurant franchise development
Proven success expanding QSR or fast-casual restaurant brands
Experience selling franchise units and/or area development agreements
Strong understanding of franchise sales processes and FDDs
Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and execution-focused
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Benefits
5% commission on all initial franchise fees collected
1%–2% of total development fees per executed agreement
10%–25% of base salary tied to growth and performance benchmarks
Equity or profit participation aligned with U.S. system growth
