Responsibilities
Ensure inspection guidelines are followed by outside inspection vendors
Review vendor invoices each month for accuracy and recommend payments outside standard agreements
Track and analyze performance metrics for inspection vendors
Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure inspections are accurate and completed on time
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in remarketing, automotive, or auctions
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively
Solid computer skills to handle multiple tasks and processes
Background in customer service with experience handling disputes and escalations
Strong negotiation, investigation, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
Proficient in MS Office programs
