Responsibilities

Build, interpret, and communicate machine learning and statistical models for client projects
Partner with consulting teams to design data-driven strategies that improve revenue and customer success
Lead delivery of project workstreams and mentor associates
Present modeling approaches and results directly to clients
Contribute to solution innovation and, over time, support business development efforts

Qualification

Required

4–7 years of experience in data science, ideally within a consulting or high-engagement commercial analytics setting
Strong proficiency in Python (R a plus) and familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Experience developing and deploying ML models for GTM, sales, marketing, acquisition, or similar customer analytics use cases (ideally with some b2b)
Quantitative academic background (Math, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or similar)
Confident communicator with the ability to bridge technical and business conversations
