Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to making final hiring recommendations
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, expertise, and alignment with the company culture
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and organized candidate records
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs
Evaluate and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to key stakeholders
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in corporate recruiting

Required

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
High level of organization and attention to detail in managing multiple priorities
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
