Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Objectives Setting: Manage and articulate the multi-year engineering strategy and annual objectives in alignment with corporate goals
Executive Reporting & Communication: Manage end-to-end executive reporting for QPR (Practice/Hub), MBR strategy, Strategy updates to executive leaders and external parties, and ad-hoc analyses
Practice Workforce Strategy: Monitor operating-model performance through defined KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Analytics and Insight Delivery: Oversee regular reporting on engineering metrics to inform leadership decisions. Serve as product owner for integrated operational and strategy-execution dashboards, ensuring data integrity and transparency
External Benchmarking & Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing benchmarking studies against peer institutions and technology leaders and identify performance improvement opportunities
Qualification
Required
10+ years in engineering, operations, or analytics roles, including a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on delivery
Hands-on mastery of data pipelines, analytics, and visualization platforms
Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Preferred
Experience in strategic planning and executive reporting is a plus
MBA preferred
