Responsibilities
Configure, test, and support Ribbon/Sonus platforms
Perform SIT testing, documentation, and implementation planning
Develop MOPs, scripts, and low-level design documents
Support E911 (Intrado) and voice security platforms
Troubleshoot SIP, VoIP, and session management issues
Integrate voice platforms with Avaya, Cisco, and Genesys
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
Qualification
Required
10+ years of telecom or voice engineering experience
Strong hands-on experience with Ribbon (Sonus) SBCs
Deep knowledge of SIP and VoIP technologies
Experience in enterprise or carrier-grade environments
Strong communication and documentation skills
Self-starter with project coordination experience
